Dilnovoz Abdurazzakova is a PhD Candidate in Economics at Central European University. Her research focuses on education, labor markets, and gender inequality in low- and middle-income countries, with a particular emphasis on Central Asia. She currently works as a consultant at the World Bank, supporting survey implementation, data analysis, and policy evaluation. She also collaborates with J-PAL on projects involving field experiments and behavioral interventions in education. Her areas of expertise include randomized controlled trials, household survey methods, and the use of administrative and high-frequency data in applied microeconomic research. She has contributed to the implementation of the Listening to Citizens surveys in Georgia and Armenia and previously held a research fellowship at the Center for International Development at Harvard Kennedy School.
